As one of the earliest companies which entered the PRC toll road business, we have been principally engaged in the investment, development, operation and management of expressways and Class I/II highways in the PRC since 1993. In 2019, we successfully entered the Southeast Asia market and became the first Hong Kong enterprise to invest and participate in the operation of Indonesian expressways.
Currently, our PRC toll road portfolio comprises five expressways spanning approximately 334 km in four provinces including Hebei, Hunan, Shanxi and Anhui. The five expressways are located in the provinces that are expected to benefit from the sustainable economic growth and strategic development of China. Our Indonesia toll road portfolio comprises four expressways spanning approximately 335 km in Central Java Province, East Java Province and North Sumatra Province. All are key components of either the Trans Java Expressway or the Trans Sumatra Expressway.
